Request a Community Class

Thank you for your interest in the Healthcare Literacy Council.

By hosting a brief, 45-minute community class, your organization can help community members gain the knowledge and confidence they need to better navigate their healthcare. Please use the form below to submit a request for a community class.

Community classes are currently only offered to organizations in District 3 (Antioch, Bethel Island, Brentwood, Byron, Discovery Bay, Knightsen, Oakley)
